Shindico has been a manager of first-class multi-family residential properties since its inception in 1975. Currently Shindico owns and manages approximately 1,000 multi-family units in the finest apartment communities in Manitoba. We are enjoying the newness of everything

The bathrooms are spacious, and I can see that much attention was paid to the choice of faucets, sinks and toilets. They all show good design and quality. The colour of flooring is a good choice because it adds warmth and softness.  We like all the natural light from the windows. The big island in the kitchen is a great feature. The heated, indoor parking makes getting into the car very comfortable.

We could not have made a better choice

Our move into Taylor Claire was made much easier by all the help from the great staff. Even though the building is still in the finishing stages of construction we are so glad to be here as we make our apartment our home. The building is beautiful now and it will be spectacular when it’s finished.

Our apartment is beautiful and spacious
