I really enjoy living here

It is not so much an apartment block but rather community. We have friendly interactions and usually have a tenant organized dinner each month. My space is adequate for myself and I have all the amenities that I could ever want.

We love everything!

Love my walk in closet, love my kitchen layout, love the event and residents lounge areas, love Shindico’s responsiveness and suggestions, i.e. dishes in the event centre, approval to have live music in the entertainment areas and Shindico’s tenant appreciation days with coffee, hot dogs, etc.

They have done a great job in keeping this building in showcase condition

The building cleaning and garbage removal has been excellently done. I fully appreciate the people involved doing this vital service.

We are very glad to be living in Taylor Claire

We couldn’t have asked for more in our transition from a house to our apartment. Cody has been terrific! We know we can rely on him when we need to. Also, construction staff are friendly and courteous. We look forward to spending many happy years at Taylor Claire.

My ideal place to live

I can truly say that I have finally found my ideal place to live and this feeling comes each and every time I arrive and enter this bright and cheerful place I call home. The apartment is large and spacious with an abundance of storage space. This stylish and well maintained building continues to have a friendly and lively atmosphere thanks to the tenants who live here, providing a sense of belonging, yet calmness for those who choose not to participate.

It’s an apartment but it feels like you’re living in a hotel. I’m happy that I found this apartment.

It is spacious, has large closets, and plenty of kitchen cupboards. Caretakers keep the building very clean. Another asset is the on-site building manager.

Thank you many times over for an easy move to our new home at Taylor Residences. Cody has been super helpful. Even when things don’t go according to plan, he has such a calming affect. I think it’s contagious!

We could not have made a better choice

Our move into Taylor Claire was made much easier by all the help from the great staff. Even though the building is still in the finishing stages of construction we are so glad to be here as we make our apartment our home. The building is beautiful now and it will be spectacular when it’s finished.

Taylor Claire feels like a luxury hotel! Finishings are great and all the spaces a large and well lit.

We truly appreciate the special features of our building

This past summer and fall we visited friends and family in various apartments and condos. As a result, we are appreciating some special features of our building such as the huge lobby which encourages residents to come down and socialize thus contributing to a strong sense of community in our building.

The wide, straight, bright hallways encourage people to greet each other. Our parking is on ground level which allows us to drive straight in rather than driving up ramps or around tight corners. Also, when parking, the spaces are wide, making it easy to get around pillars and there is enough room driving in the parkade so cars can pass each other.

Living at Taylor Calire is an amazing experience from the people in the community to the facility itself.

Exceeded my expectations

I have lived at Taylor Claire since April 2023 and the building and my suite has met or exceeded my hopes and expectations in almost every way. Everything is of high quality (finishes, amenities) and building management is very professional, responsive, and focused on meeting residents needs and statisfacion.

Best apartment I have ever rented

Feels more like a home than a rental. Close to everything that I barely use my car anymore. I like the fact that there is a friendly and approachable manager onsite.

We are enjoying the newness of everything

The bathrooms are spacious, and I can see that much attention was paid to the choice of faucets, sinks and toilets. They all show good design and quality. The colour of flooring is a good choice because it adds warmth and softness.  We like all the natural light from the windows. The big island in the kitchen is a great feature. The heated, indoor parking makes getting into the car very comfortable.
