Our apartment is beautiful and spacious

Thank you many times over for an easy move to our new home at Taylor Residences. Cody has been super helpful. Even when things don’t go according to plan, he has such a calming affect. I think it’s contagious!

We could not have made a better choice

Our move into Taylor Claire was made much easier by all the help from the great staff. Even though the building is still in the finishing stages of construction we are so glad to be here as we make our apartment our home. The building is beautiful now and it will be spectacular when it’s finished.

We are enjoying the newness of everything

The bathrooms are spacious, and I can see that much attention was paid to the choice of faucets, sinks and toilets. They all show good design and quality. The colour of flooring is a good choice because it adds warmth and softness.  We like all the natural light from the windows. The big island in the kitchen is a great feature. The heated, indoor parking makes getting into the car very comfortable.

We truly appreciate the special features of our building

This past summer and fall we visited friends and family in various apartments and condos. As a result, we are appreciating some special features of our building such as the huge lobby which encourages residents to come down and socialize thus contributing to a strong sense of community in our building.

The wide, straight, bright hallways encourage people to greet each other. Our parking is on ground level which allows us to drive straight in rather than driving up ramps or around tight corners. Also, when parking, the spaces are wide, making it easy to get around pillars and there is enough room driving in the parkade so cars can pass each other.
